About Aetrix

Documentation, content strategy, and publishing are part of the same chain.

Aetrix is a technical writing, cybersecurity content, and knowledge strategy practice built for teams whose products are too important to explain badly. We write the manuals, the policies, and the systems behind them.

About Aetrix

Aetrix was founded by Ayesha Azeem, a software documentation enthusiast and information design expert with more than twenty years spent with cybersecurity, identity management, and finance products - the kind of software where a missing sentence in a manual can mean a support ticket or even a compliance gap.

That experience and insights shape how Aetrix works. We don't treat documentation, compliance writing, content strategy, knowledge center management, and publishing as separate disciplines. They're part of the same chain, seen at different distances, answering questions like:

What does this system do, who needs to understand it, and how do we say that clearly and keep it true as the system changes?

We work directly with founders, engineering leads, and marketing teams because the fastest way to write something accurately is to talk to the people who built it.

Principle 01

Documentation as infrastructure

Content is versioned, reviewed, and maintained as part of the system.

Principle 02

Written by someone who reads the system

We sit with your engineers, your policies, and your product rather than rely solely on assumptions.

Principle 03

The process

Our working process starts with the product and the people who know it best.

Kick-off meeting
Get the application build and explore the product
Interview developers and SMEs
Analyze the information and identify knowledge gaps
Identify new content and pages that need updates
Draft and structure the content

Research-led content, human verified.

We also write well-researched blogs on cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management, and Microsoft technologies, making complex topics clear, relevant, and engaging. Blogs are AI-assisted, yet human verified. AI speeds up research and drafting, but that’s what it’s all about. All content, facts, claims, and technical details are revised and verified by a person before shipping.
